Suihua’s 2022 municipal heritage list records 韩三铜锅涮肉技艺—Han San copper-pot hotpot technique—as a traditional skill and names Hailun City Cultural Center as its safeguarding body. Hailun’s 2024–2035 territorial plan also includes the technique in its city-level intangible-heritage inventory. Together, the two records place this named food craft in Hailun’s local heritage system.
