Huangcheng Xiangfu, also called Wuting Mountain Village, is the residence built by Chen Tingjing, a Grand Secretary of the Wenyuan Pavilion in the Kangxi reign, in Huangcheng village, Beiliu town, Yangcheng county, Jincheng. The English account describes a walled estate of ten hectares on Phoenix Hill above the Changhe valley, between Yangcheng and Jincheng, with fortifications of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. Inside are sixteen courtyards and 640 rooms over 36,580 square metres, in an inner city begun in 1632 and an outer city finished in 1703. The China National Tourism Administration rated it an AAAAA tourist attraction in 2011.
