A lake on the Dulbert itinerary

Lianhuan Lake is presented not only as scenery but as a working fishery. A Ministry of Commerce digital museum profile traces the company’s beginnings to 1958, when it operated as a provincial state fishery in Dulbert. In 1984 it was transferred to county management; in 1997 it became a shareholding company. The timeline gives the place a material history: water, enterprise and public ownership changed together across decades.

The same company account describes winter net fishing as both production and a public event. Its account of a typical operation has four crews of more than 60 workers each, led by an experienced fishing boss. A 2,000-metre net is guided beneath ice through holes drilled 50 to 60 metres apart, then drawn out with a capstan. The company says its first Ice and Snow Fishing-Hunting Culture Festival was held in 2016 and that four editions followed. These figures come from a company profile, a snapshot of how the enterprise tells its history; they reveal the labor behind the spectacle while keeping promotional claims in their proper context.
