Binzhou

Binzhou is one long slope, and its northern half is flat: shell ridges, reed beds and salt pans. Jieshi Mountain is the one name in the prefecture's list of mountains.

Salt made the western Bohai coast worth governing. Changlu was the name of the whole salt shore, taken from the reeds at the water's edge; the working fields today are on the Tianjin side.
