Yangpu Port

A deep-water harbor on the Yangpu Peninsula whose ship traffic and inspection routines were documented in a 2019 National Immigration Administration feature.

A 2019 National Immigration Administration feature places Yangpu Economic Development Zone on the peninsula in northwest Hainan and describes the port as a deep-water harbor. It records the harbor’s role in oil and gas logistics and follows border-inspection officers boarding tankers at anchorage to reduce time in port. The ship-call counts, tanker volumes, berth details and time savings recorded here describe port operations in 2019.
