Changji.

Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture includes Fukang and the Bogda component of the Xinjiang Tianshan World Heritage property. The mountain stands east of Ürümqi and is not a district of the bazaar.

Bogda is the eastern anchor of the Xinjiang Tianshan, and Heaven Lake is how most people come close to it.

A Tang garrison and a new rulebook

Beiting, north of Jimsar, was a Tang protectorate seat. It is Xinjiang's only national archaeological site park and one of the region's first world heritage components; in 2025 a new regulation put digital scanning, AI and VR into its protection.
