Luhuitou

Luhuitou rises above the southern city and is known through two things that meet at its summit: a deer-and-hunter story and a view over Sanya’s bays. Sanya’s tourism bureau presents a Li love legend in which a hunted deer becomes a young woman, a story now closely associated with the hilltop landmark. From the lookout, the same page names Sanya Bay, Dadonghai and Yulin Bay. The article follows both the legend’s public framing and the physical act of climbing to a city-wide view.
