Xinghua Village

A Chizhou village associated with Du Mu's Qingming poem and a continuing local reading tradition.

Chizhou's tourism bureau links Xinghua Village to Du Mu's Qingming poem and names the pavilion, poetry terrace and wine workshop that frame its literary identity today. The association is best treated as local cultural memory, not as settled proof of the poem's exact setting. In 2026, school pupils recited the poem at Huai Du Pavilion, showing how the link is renewed in public life.
